As one of Coastal Mortgage Solutions’ newest mortgage advisors, Preston was born and raised on St. Simons Island and has a passion for customer service and places emphasis on communication and building a lasting relationship with the borrower during their home buying experience. He stays up to date on the ever-changing local market and stays educated on the different types of loan programs that Coastal Mortgage Solutions has to offer. “As a resident of St. Simons Island for my entire life, I have developed a genuine love for the Golden Isles and I have a passion for helping my clients enjoy the Golden Isles just as much as I do.” When out of the office, Preston enjoys helping his father coach recreational football, surfing in Florida, an afternoon sitting on St. Simons’ beaches as well as fishing and boating.
