Week-End Review 9/2/22

I hope everyone is doing well. It’s been a good week here at Coastal Mortgage Solutions. (I know one of your favorite mortgage companies. 😊) We have a great mortgage lending team. If you don’t know already, we have a twelve-person team that works hard to bring your loans across the finish line to closing. Here are our people: Conrad Smith (Owner/Broker/Mortgage Advisor), Brian Strickland (Owner/Mortgage Advisor), Brian Ginn (Mortgage Advisor), Emily Barfield (Mortgage Advisor), Robyn Baily (Mortgage Advisor), Dran Harrison (Mortgage Advisor), Kris Zynda (Mortgage Advisor), Preston Delaney (Mortgage Advisor/Loan Officer Assistant), Hunter Riepenhoff (Senior Loan Processor), Ryan Jones (Loan Processor), Jamie Harrison (Loan Processor), and me, Mike Richardson (Office Manager/Operations).

So, a couple of the team hosted open houses this week with Realtor Partners. I know they always enjoy getting out and seeing people in our special community being the Real Estate Market.

Brian Strickland teamed up with Carly Oxenreider with Keller Williams Realty Golden Isles for their open house. They were showing a cute condo in Deer Run Villas with a sales price of $330,000. It’s always a good time with Brian because he loves him some Mellow Mushroom pizza as a lunch treat.

Brian Ginn showed with Randall Moody. Randall works out of Keller Williams Realty Golden Isles as well. Mr. Ginn treated his viewers for their open house to some of The Porch’s delicious chicken nuggets and sides. (I hear the banana pudding is to die for!!) Brian and Randall showed a condo in Brockington Marsh with a sales price of $485,000.

Both Strick and Ginn have some amazing finance options for buyers. We are fortunate as a mortgage brokerage firm to be able to shop a few lenders to find the best possible pricing for clients whether it’s a Conventional, FHA, USDA or even VA loan. Each of these loan types offer special features depending on the client’s needs. That’s one of the things we pride ourselves on here at Coastal Mortgage Solutions is to find the right mortgage product for our customers.

We also had quite a few closings this week. Our entire team love helping our clients get into new homes. It’s very special to be a part of one of the biggest financial decisions people will ever make. We love that we get the opportunity to be one of the best mortgage lenders in the golden isles. We’ve also been fortunate to serve clients from Savannah to Kingsland. We have gotten to serve Blackshear, Saint Simons, Saint Marys, Jesup, Brunswick, Darien, Waycross… really all Coastal Georgia, and NOW even North Florida!!!
