About Me
Graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. After graduation, he started his career as an investment advisor acquiring his Series 7, Series 63 and Life and Health licenses which he used in formulating financial plans to help his clients achieve their retirement goals. After 15 years of working in financial services, he followed his passion for helping people make informed economic decisions and joined the ever challenging mortgage industry. “I have a true passion for helping people achieve their dream of home ownership especially since it is the biggest investment they will ever make.” He is a native of the Golden Isles having lived here all his life and is a member of the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS. When he is not busy helping clients navigate through the mortgage process, Conrad enjoys spending time outdoors as much as possible. “St. Simons Island is a true sportsman’s paradise and I enjoy being out in it fishing or boating whenever I have the opportunity.”
